Accessibility statement
What we have done so that everyone can use CenterGet, what is not yet complete, and whom to contact.
This is a translation. Where the two differ, the Hebrew text prevails.
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use CenterGet easily and comfortably. This statement describes the accessibility of the centerget.com website and of the CenterGet system, and how to reach us.
The centerget.com website
CenterGet's home page, sign-up and sign-in pages and documents were built in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA. In particular:
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clear mark of where you are and a direct link to the main content.
- An orderly structure of headings, and the language and writing direction set on every page.
- Sufficient colour contrast, in dark mode too, and text that can be enlarged without losing content.
- Alternative text for pictures, and decorative icons hidden from screen readers.
- Suited to phones, tablets and screen readers.
- No flashing content, and no animations that start by themselves.
The CenterGet system
The system is built of components that support the keyboard and screen readers, with labelled fields, error messages in text, a dark mode, and text sizes that follow the browser's settings. It is in Hebrew, Arabic and English.
The system keeps evolving, and some screens — mainly large tables, charts and the website editor — may not yet be fully accessible. We keep checking and improving them, and will gladly help with any action that is hard to carry out.
The businesses' websites
The websites and business cards that businesses build with CenterGet follow the same guidelines: contrast checked automatically for every combination of text and background, keyboard navigation, alternative text for pictures, and no animations for those who asked for that in their operating system. Every business publishes an accessibility statement of its own on its website, and the content the business adds — texts, pictures and videos — is its responsibility.
